IBD β Magnetic Resonance Enterography Dataset
A dataset of Magnetic Resonance Enterography (MRE) images from 114 IBD patients with pixel-level segmentation annotations for 10 intestinal segments (stomach, duodenum, small intestine, appendix, cecum, ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon, rectum).
